Set up your signature

Fill in your details on the left — the preview updates as you type. When it looks right, click Copy signature and paste it into Gmail or Outlook using the steps below. The logo travels embedded in the copy, so it shows even offline.

Gmail

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Open Settings → See all settings → General.
  3. Scroll to Signature, create one, click into the box.
  4. Paste (⌘V / Ctrl V).
  5. Save Changes at the bottom.

Outlook

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
  3. Under Email signature, click the box.
  4. Paste (⌘V / Ctrl V) and name it.
  5. Save.
One signature per person. Each teammate fills in their own name, title, phone and email, then copies. Send yourself a test message to confirm it renders before relying on it — Outlook desktop in particular can shift spacing.
